[mf2012] Audio streaming test

What follows is a list of Operating Systems and Applications and there  
results for streaming audio from the spc server.

Andriod Phone - Known to work
Apple Iphone - Known to work
Blackberry - Unknown
Raspberry (A Redish Blackberry also known as Bramble) - Unknown :-)

Linux
VLC - Known to work
Chrome Browser - Does not work
Iceweasel - Works with plugin
Firefox - Known to work

Windows 7 OS
IE - Known to work
VLC - Known to work
Firefox - Inconclusive plays but only for 5 sec

Apple Mac
Safari Browser - Known to work
Firefox - Fails
VLC - Known to work
